The Auschwitz-Birkenau Museum
The Auschwitz-Birkenau Museum and Memorial is a special place of remembrance dedicated to victims of the Second World War. The former largest Nazi German Concentration and Extermination Camp remains to be one of the most frequently visited historical sites in the world. A visit to the Museum is divided into two parts: the tour in Auschwitz I, which takes about two hours, and then the tour in Auschwitz II Birkenau, about one hour. Including transportation time it lasts about seven hours.

The pickup time may change (possible start of the tour between 6:00 AM and 1:30 PM), so please consider this in your plans. You choose a preferred time which is not guaranteed. The exact start time will be communicated the day before the tour via email or whatsapp message from the activity provider
• The day before trip, we will contact you to confirm the exact pick up time (depend on the day between 6:00am-13:00pm).
• On the day of the tour, each participant must have a document (ID card or passport).
• Please arrive at the designated pick-up point a minimum 5 minute before departure time.
Minor delays (circa 15 minutes ) are possible due to traffic conditions.
• Eating and smoking, as well as acting in a loud are forbidden at the site.
• The maximum size of backpacks or handbags brought into the Museum cannot exceed dimensions: 30x20x10 cm. Larger bags must be left in the bus.
• Taking photos in the buildings with the use of flash is forbidden. It is allowed to take photos only in selected parts of the Museum.
